Your Safe Space to Heal, Grow, &
Find Your Calm

Hi, I’m Devika, a qualified integrative and holistic therapist based in Singapore.

I provide therapeutic services within a compassionate environment, available both in-person and online.

My practice encompasses work with children, adolescents, women, expatriates, third-culture individuals, and clients who identify as neurodivergent. Key areas of focus include anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and significant life transitions. Whether individuals require support for a specific concern or seek to gain greater clarity regarding their life experiences, I am committed to offering assistance.

As a third-culture individual, I possess a profound understanding of the complexities involved in navigating multiple cultures, identities, and the concept of belonging. This personal experience enables me to engage empathetically with expatriates and multicultural families integrating various cultures, identities, and the concept of belonging.

My Approach

I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with creative modalities unique to my practice, including embodied experiential dreamwork (inspired by Jungian psychology) and Reiki healing.

My services are client-centred, culturally attuned, and designed to be accessible and flexible, with next-day appointments and discounted rates available when needed.

Who I Support

Children and Adolescents

I assist children and adolescents who are experiencing challenges related to academic stress, social relationships, emotional distress, or family transitions. In collaboration with my clients, I foster resilience, enhance confidence, and equip them with effective coping strategies. This approach aims to help them feel more secure and understood both in their educational and personal spheres of  development.

Women

Many women seek therapeutic support during significant transitional phases in their lives, such as motherhood, menopause, career pivots, relationship struggles and feelings of overwhelm. I offer a professional environment to facilitate exploration of these transitions with sincerity, care, and personalised assistance tailored to individual circumstances.

Third Culture Kids and Expatriates

Having personally experienced the complexities of growing up amid diverse cultures and adapting to foreign countries, I understand the challenges related to feelings of rootlessness and the adjustment process when relocating. Engaging in therapy can provide valuable support and clarity in navigating these experiences.

Neurodivergent Teens and Adults

I provide support for individuals with ADHD, autism, and sensory sensitivities in a manner that respects and honours their unique experiences.

Individuals Living with Chronic Pain

Individuals living with fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), or temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders often recognise the intrinsic connection between emotional and physical pain. Psychotherapy for chronic pain is tailored to help regulate the nervous system and enhance feelings of well-being and calm.

Anxiety Therapy

When worry or panic takes over, I offer support. Whether it’s stress, social anxiety, or constant unease, we’ll work to help you feel steadier and more in control.

My Areas of Specialisation

Self-Esteem Counselling

You don’t have to keep doubting yourself. Therapy can help you rebuild confidence, shift thought patterns, and reconnect with your strengths, especially when you’ve been overly critical of yourself for an extended period.

Whether your experiences are recent or from years ago, trauma can shape how you see yourself and move through life. My approach is gentle, non-pathologising, and paced to meet you where you are.

Anger Management

Anger isn’t a “bad” emotion; it often signals something deeper. We’ll explore your frustration and find safe, healthy ways to express and release what has been held in for too long.

Chronic Pain Therapy

Therapy for chronic pain isn’t about “thinking positively.” It’s about understanding how pain lives in the body, and working with your nervous system and emotional landscape to find relief, strength, and support that lasts.
